Had surgery twice for total hip replacement at Burnley, both time was well cared for by all staff involved, and they made my stay very comfortable

From admission to to release my experience at Burnley ran like clockwork.
The only slight criticism I could realistically make involved minor oversight relating to a slight delay in my release home.

I would like to say this was my first time in hospital and for surgery all the staff nurses consultant and theatre staff were all so kind caring and considerate during my stay thanks.

I had an operation as a day patient in the elective centre. The whole experience was very good. The staff were organised and gave good standards of care.

Attended a appointment with my father for a pre -op today .All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Nice and clean.Everything was explained really well, and staff and doctor were really patient with my 85 yr old father who is extremely deaf .A very pleasant visit .
